Hi, I’m Alex.

A few years ago, I looked in the mirror and barely recognized the person staring back. I was working long hours in a job I once loved, while my home life was quietly falling apart.

Burnout crept in slowly. Coffee couldn’t fix my exhaustion, and I felt guilty about not being “present” enough for my family. I started feeling I was living someone else’s version of success.

I finally admitted I needed a different approach. I started small: five minutes of morning breathing, honest conversations with myself about what I actually wanted, boundaries that felt scary but necessary, and permission to rest without apology.

I rediscovered energy I thought was gone forever. I began showing up for my life with more clarity and joy. Eventually, I left the corporate world to help others do the same.

As a wellness and mindset coach, I guide busy professionals, solopreneurs, and parents who feel stretched thin and stuck in survival mode.
